By uploading a photo or placing an order on KiddoPics.com, you automatically create a user account and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Account Creation Upon Photo Upload

Uploading a photo to the website automatically creates a user account.
To complete account creation, users may be required to provide:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Password

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and preventing unauthorized access.
KiddoPics.com is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

2. Uploading Photos & Usage Policy

KiddoPics.com allows users to upload photos for personalized coloring book creation.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

You have full legal rights to use and share the image.
You are the parent or legal guardian of any child depicted in the photo.
The photo does not infringe on copyrights or third-party rights.
The content does not include illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.

Uploaded photos are:

Temporarily stored until verified consent is received
Automatically deleted if no parental confirmation is received within 48 hours
Used solely to produce your personalized product and never shared publicly or sold

Photos can only be uploaded once per order. Re-uploading the same image is not possible after checkout.

3. Ownership & Commercial Rights of Purchased Products

Once you purchase and receive your personalized coloring book, you have full rights to:

Print and distribute unlimited copies for personal or commercial use
Sell printed versions of the coloring book to others without restriction
Use the book for any lawful commercial purpose

KiddoPics.com retains the copyright to the original design templates, but the final customized product belongs to the buyer.

All uploaded images remain the sole property of the user.
KiddoPics.com does not claim ownership over user-submitted photos.

4. Orders & Payments

All payments are securely processed via PayPal.
KiddoPics.com does not store credit card or payment details.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

4.2 Pricing & Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or additional fees imposed by PayPal or other payment providers.

4.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our coloring books, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If you receive a defective product, contact us at info@kiddopics.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you.
